Replacement cabin handle (reinforced)

Reinforced replica of the original door handle for the cabin of Ahorn motorhomes.
In this replica of the cabin door handle, the weak points of the original handle have been reduced and hopefully eliminated by reinforcements and design adjustments.
The pivot of our handle is solid and reinforced over the longest possible distance to the eyelet. There is also a reinforcement ring on one side around the eyelet at the end of the tang. Like the manufacturer of the original handle, we use a glass fiber reinforced filament.

The handle is offered in four variants:

• Untreated raw silver grey ABS print with stainless steel metal insert, solidly printed from silver-gray untreated ABS (sanding and painting as desired, not mandatory)
  

        
  
  

•  Untreated raw ASA print with stainless steel metal insert, solidly printed from silver-gray untreated grey or white ASA (sanding and painting as desired, not mandatory)

• Untreated raw print: solidly printed from glass fiber reinforced ABS. Post-treatment is absolutely necessary as this material emits glass fiber dust! This means that the handle should be smoothed at your own discretion by sanding (with respiratory protection) and then must be coated with a requiered sealing layer of varnish. The purchase of this version is accompanied by the buyer's binding commitment to carry this out themselves.
        
  
  
• only upon customers request and third party object: full metal version from solid stainless steel. Untreated, will require some coating finish. Delivery time 8-10weeks.
