We are a father and son with a small business and a workspace in our own home that has been set up for this hobby.
We are skilled craftsmen with a broad range of skills and have the confidence to tackle anything that is defective or broken. True to the motto:
“If it's already broken, the worst that can happen is that it stays broken.”
We ended up using 3D printing when we were looking for suitable spare parts for a repair solution to repair a 30-year-old toaster. In the end we ended up designing the part ourselves to keep the toaster alive.
Initially, we used CAD software to create spare parts as replicas, improved components by eliminating weak points and then very quickly moved into the area of developing our own products to offer solutions for which none previously existed.
